Kaoru Hasebe

Kaoru Hasebe is the older sister of Yutaka Hasebe, following the family tradition of public service—though she works at a different government agency than her brother. Sharing a strikingly similar personality with Yutaka, Kaoru takes the mischievous streak even further, delighting in teasing both her brother and Roshi Lucy at every opportunity. Beneath her carefree and playful exterior, however, lies a genuinely caring and warm-hearted sister who quietly watches over Yutaka and subtly supports the blossoming relationship between him and Lucy.
