Kenzou Momoi

Kenzou Momoi serves as the division chief of the Health and Welfare Department at Mitsuba Ward Office. Due to his overwhelming shyness, he conducts all official duties and interactions through a remote-controlled pink mechanical rabbit plush, never appearing in person. Despite his mascot-like, lighthearted exterior, he is a conscientious and deeply responsible civil servant. His close bond with his daughter Kanon adds warmth to his character, making him an irreplaceable presence throughout the story.
