Lucy Yamagami

Lucy Yamagami is a newly appointed civil servant working at a ward office in Hokkaido. That very incident sparked her determination to become a civil servant herself and confront that employee directly. While she approaches her work with unwavering seriousness and a strong sense of responsibility, her lack of real-world savvy and the deep-seated embarrassment she feels about her own name often bring out an endearingly airheaded side.
