Marika Kounokura

Marika Kounokura is the eldest daughter of the prominent Kounokura family. When her illegitimate half-sister, Miya Nakamura, is taken in by the main family after losing her mother, Miya expects cruel treatment, but Marika, alongside her mother Teru and sister Arisa, instead welcomes her with overwhelming warmth and love. Sporting short hair with a large ribbon and preferring Western-style clothing, Marika has a bright, energetic, and highly active personality, often moving her body before thinking and possessing keen intuition. Although she constantly bickers and competes with her calm, younger sister Arisa, she is fiercely devoted to doting on and supporting Miya. She eagerly asks Miya to call her "Mari-neechan" and takes charge of fostering her academic capabilities and etiquette, revealing her deeply caring, gentle nature beneath her competitive and feisty exterior.
