What anime is everyone watching lately?

The April new anime season has been airing for a while now, so I wanted to ask what everyone is watching lately?

I'm currently watching Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction; the animation by Studio Bones is truly impeccable. The pacing of the plot is also very tight, and the first episode was quite impactful.

Besides this one, are there any other recommendations? I like fantasy or mystery genres; are there any hidden gems you could suggest?
