Always getting told "you're this old and still watching cartoons", how do you guys deal with it?

Machine-translated from Traditional Chinese
Same old problem again... but it pisses me off every time I hear it.

Last week I was having dinner with relatives. They saw my phone wallpaper was an anime character and started: "you're this old and still watching cartoons", "when will you grow up", "have you found a girlfriend yet" (what does that have to do with watching anime???)

I'm already 30, have a full-time job, can afford rent, can afford food. But in some people's eyes, watching anime equals being immature.

How would you guys respond?
A) Explain that anime isn't the same as cartoons
B) Ignore them, just be yourself
C) Fight back: "Isn't it the same when you watch Korean dramas?"
D) Directly change the subject

Or is there a better way?

What's most annoying is, what does "have you found a girlfriend yet" have to do with watching anime?? I know many anime fans who have families. This kind of prejudice is really outdated.

I tried C😂 "Aren't you doing the same thing when you watch K-dramas?" The other person shut up immediately. But afterwards, I felt this approach wasn't great; it turned into attacking each other. Now, I choose B.
30 years old, have a job, have my own life... why do I still have to be judged? I choose B—just be myself. Spending time explaining to people who don't understand will only make you angrier.
I would choose E—share a good piece of work with them directly. Sometimes prejudice stems from a lack of understanding. I previously recommended SPY×FAMILY to my aunt, and now she follows it even more diligently than I do.
