Newbie question: Which long-running anime should I start with?

I've never watched anime before, but I've recently become interested in getting into it thanks to a friend's recommendation. I'd like to ask, if I want to start with a long-running anime, which one is most suitable for a beginner? A friend recommended "ONE PIECE", "Naruto", and "Gintama", but they are all very long, and I'm not sure which one to start with. Do you have any recommendations that are easier to get into?

Attack on Titan is also very suitable for beginners; the plot is tight and won't be boring.

If you're a beginner, why not start with something shorter? "Demon Slayer" has 26 episodes; it's not long, but it's good.

If you want something long, I recommend Hunter x Hunter; although it's long, the plot density is extremely high.

If you like comedy, Gintama is long, but every episode is hilarious.
