Weekend anime marathon, how many episodes do you watch at once?

Finally have some free time this weekend,
thought I'd catch up on my backlog of anime.

Turns out once I started, I couldn't stop.
Watched from noon until night,
binged 12 episodes in one go.

My eyes are so sore now,
but the plot left off at such a good part,
I really want to keep watching.

How do you guys pace yourselves when watching anime?
Or are you like me,
just watching until you're satisfied and ignoring tomorrow's problems?

But man, I'm going to be so tired tomorrow.
I should probably pace myself next time.

By the way, any recommendations for anime that are good for marathons?
The kind you just can't stop watching once you start.
