Secretly watching anime during lunch and ended up crying out loud in front of the whole office

During lunch time today, I was secretly watching episode 10 of Violet Evergarden (the letter-writing episode) at my desk, and I ended up shaking from crying so hard. My colleague next to me thought I had received bad news and came over to ask if I was okay. I didn't know how to explain it, so I just said, "It's nothing, I'm just watching something." But the colleague sitting opposite me seemed to have caught a glimpse of my screen...😂 Does anyone have similar embarrassing stories? Any experiences of being caught while secretly watching anime?
