📝Orders and refunds

Paying a deposit is deemed to be a purchase and cannot be refunded unless the item is out of stock.

The goods will be kept for 1 month after arrival. If delivery cannot be arranged after that time, the order will be treated as abandoned.

Goods cannot be returned or exchanged after leaving the store. Please see the refund policy for details.

Purchase process: (membership free)

1. Browse the products you like, first select "Pay in full" or "Pay deposit".
2. Then press [Add to Cart].
3. Press [Checkout] in the shopping cart.
4. At the checkout interface, you need to provide the correct email and phone number and fill in your name for contact purposes.
5. Fill in the appropriate address (such as SF Express address and number). If the customer chooses face-to-face delivery, fill in "0000" for [Address] and [City], and select any region for [Region].
6. After filling in the address, you can choose the shipping method. Face to face delivery or SF collect.
7. Payment method
   • Choose to pay by credit card or PAYPAL and fill in the relevant information as required on the web page to complete automatic payment.
   • If you choose to use bank transfer/FPS/PAYME/ALIPAY (HK) for payment, there will be relevant instructions (such as user name/bank account number), follow the instructions to proceed with the transfer. Please keep the transaction record after payment. We will have dedicated personnel contact you and check.
8. Review the order summary and press [Complete Order].
9. After completing the order, we will automatically send an email to confirm the order.

If we find that all the products on the order cannot be ordered, a refund will be arranged and the order will be voided.

If we find that some products on the order cannot be ordered, we will remove them from the order, update the order and arrange a refund.
