A Discussion on the Stylistic Differences Between Hong Kong Comics and Japanese Manga
As someone who reads both Hong Kong comics and Japanese manga, I find the stylistic differences between the two quite interesting:

Hong Kong comics: Action scenes are incredibly flamboyant, lines are dense, and there is a strong sense of martial arts (Wuxia).
Japanese manga: Panel layouts focus more on rhythm, character expressions are richer, and the subject matter is more diverse.

Looking at Dragon Tiger Gate and ONE PIECE side-by-side, they are products of two completely different worlds. But each has its own merits, and there's no need to compare which is superior. Is anyone else reading both Hong Kong comics and Japanese manga? Any recommendations?
