Introduction / Synopsis

Summary

Girls' Last Tour is a TV anime produced by WHITE FOX, adapted from the manga by つくみず, blending Adventure, Sci-Fi, and Slice of Life into a quietly unforgettable post-apocalyptic journey. Follow Chito and Yuuri as they traverse the ruins of a collapsed civilization aboard their trusty Kettenkrad, encountering enigmatic figures like Kanazawa, Ishii, and the mysterious Nuko along the way. Directed by Takaharu Ozaki with series composition by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu, the series masterfully balances melancholic atmosphere with warmth and wonder. Fans of thoughtful, atmospheric storytelling will find this a deeply rewarding watch.

Plot

In a world where civilization has long since crumbled, two young girls navigate the vast, silent ruins of what humanity left behind. Chito and Yuuri travel together on their trusty Kettenkrad, drifting through desolate cityscapes without a fixed destination in mind. Resources are scarce—every day brings a new struggle to find enough food to eat and enough fuel to keep moving forward. The world around them is empty and unforgiving, offering little comfort or certainty. Yet, somewhere within this bleak existence, small moments of warmth still find their way in. A shared meal, a curious discovery among the rubble, or simply the quiet comfort of not being alone—these fleeting joys become the threads that hold their days together. In a landscape stripped of almost everything, it is the bond between Chito and Yuuri that gives their journey its quiet, persistent meaning.
