F. 38-year-old Gunpla beginner. Although I started late, I'm having more and more fun the more I play.

The idea of adding a dimmer is great! I also want to control the brightness. May I ask roughly how much a dimmer costs?

I just got into this hobby and already knocked it over once... learned my lesson: display cabinets must have anti-vibration pads.
